PRESS RELEASE

Glenn T. Suddaby, U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of New, and John F. Pikus, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Albany Division, announced today that a federal grand jury in Albany has returned a one count indictment against ROBERT F. WALL, age 34, of Cobleskill, New York.1 The indictment was returned by the grand jury on October 13, 2006, and charges WALL with the possession of child pornography.

WALL was arrested today at his home by the Federal Bureau of Investigation pursuant to an arrest warrant. He appeared before the Honorable David R. Homer for his arraignment on the indictment and was released pending trial.

If convicted, WALL faces a maximum penalty of 10 years imprisonment, a fine of $250,000.00, and a lifetime term of supervised.

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Cyber Predator Task Force and the Cobleskill Police Department.
